OUR FACTORY SETUP
5-Ply Corrugated Plant
A 5-ply corrugated plant produces durable packaging material composed of five layers: two outer liners and three inner fluted and flat layers. This strong, lightweight material is ideal for heavy-duty packaging, protecting goods during transportation. The plant processes include pulping, corrugating, bonding, and cutting the cardboard into various packaging forms.
The four-color flexo printing machine is a fully automatic system built for high-speed and high-quality printing on packaging materials. With advanced control features, it enables fast job changes, precise adjustments, and consistent output. The machine uses durable gears, vacuum transfer technology, and computer-controlled settings for superior print clarity and performance across all sections.
The gluer pasting machine features automatic feeding, folding, gluing, counting, and stacking functions for efficient box assembly. With digital controls and optional PLC width adjustment, it delivers precision and speed. Synchronized motors ensure smooth operation, reducing manual work and increasing productivity. This high-speed system is ideal for streamlining packaging processes while saving labor costs.
